Thrifty Car & Truck Rental Narellan

This is the 2nd time now I've hired a truck with a rear lift that came with a non working remote control for the lift. Not from the same store. I am 60 and helping relos move and it is a real pain in the back to have to bend over to operate the manual controls for the lift every time.nI also feel it is quite a danger as it is very difficult to see that all people are clear of the lift whilst manually operating it.nConsidering the money you pay you expect to get all the parts on the truck working.

Waited on the phone for 13 minutes, finally picked up but only heard chatter for a few seconds then got hung up on. First and last time trying to contact Narellan branch.

Got a Toyota corolla hybrid for 2weeks hardly used any fuel compared to the petrol.good staff to deal with

Thrifty Staff member has stolen sunglasses after they were returned by the next Customer who rented the same vehicle. I left my sunglasses in the vehicle after hiring a car from thrifty. The next customer who hired the same vehicle called thrifty and confirmed the glasses were in the car. The customer returned the glasses to thrifty at which point the staff member stole the glasses . This is not the first staff member from the same branch who has been fired for stealing customer’s belongings. Thrifty has stretched out an apparent investigation so long that they now claim they can’t access video surveillance in their branch . Poor service and a poor result from another shifty thrifty car rental. I would give them no stars if I could. They should change their name to Shifty thrifty.
