I bought a suit jacket and trousers that were also altered by Tarocash for me.nnThe 2 girls who worked the days I was there were great, they were so helpful and called other stores to get me the right size jacket in so it could be altered in time for a wedding.nnReally appreciate the extra mile they went for me and how helpful they were!

Customer service from Madonna is absolutely garbage, i had to exchange a shirt they wrongfully gave me and the attitude i recieved from Madonna was absolutely disgusting will never see a dollar from me again.
Trying to push sales .. like robots ..nNo smile no interest to be there ..no interest to help you..nJust buy something or leave..nAnd let not talk about returning something ..nIs like getting interrogation from murdering someone...nAnd telling you no refunds because no tag..nWhen the sale person did take the tags off..
I’ve only had good experiences at this Tarocash as the customer service from Madonna has been immaculate! She has treated me like a king and made me feel comfortable to express myself that little bit more. I’ve gone into the store many of time and she has always successfully helped me find what I need and what would look best to suit my body type as well as my flamboyant personality! They have amazing customer service and I’m so grateful for her fashion sense and her as an individual!
