After calling every marco gianni in Sydney looking for a certain pair of shoes I was very happy when Sabrina from Liverpool said they had one shoe left in that style colour and size. I asked at 4:00pm if she could put it on hold for me and I will come the next day to collect it to which she agreed. The following day after the 50 minute drive to Liverpool I get to the store at 10:30am and to my surprise there were no shoes put on hold and the one pair supposedly left yesterday had been sold. So my advice to anyone would be call ahead to put the shoe on hold but then also call the day of collection to make sure someone has managed to do their job.

To the lady working on the afternoon of the 23-10-19. You have given me the best customer service I’ve ever had from a shop. Staying back after closing hours to help me, not rushing me and great conversation.nHat off to you you have a great future in retail.

Bought for my wedding a couple weeks back and it was so stressed because my wedding was soon and I had no shoes for me and my groomsmen.nWas such a great experience, the manager Von was so helpful and well presented, it was so easy to communicate with her and cater for my groomsmen who weren't there.nThe atmosphere of the store was amazing! Who ever thought shopping for shoes would feel like going to an upbeat mini dance club.nMusic was awesome!

Firstly, and foremost - it was such a delight to have a conversation with staff that are willing to converse with you!nI am definitely not a heel kind of girl - but with some convincing and a few try on's - i was able to walk away with a pair of shoes that I was happy with !!nnThe store manager was polite , bubbly and friendly ! The other staff were also so pleasant and accommodating!nnIt's disappointing to read some of these reviews - because it is not what I experienced in the Liverpool store :)

Purchased 4 pair of shoes, two pairs they did not have our sizes but the staff said they can order it in. It will arrive in a couple of days. We paid in full for four pairs and taken two pair home. After a week, we came in to check, they said they haven't arrive and should arrive in a couple days. A week later, nothing, we follow up again same response. Two later my partner called and spoke to the store manager, she apologise and said she doesn't know why it wasn't order/ or the order did not go through but assure him its getting post from Melbourne and should arrive in a few days. A week later, still no call we came to the store and staff said it haven't arrived. A week later, Thursday my partner called and confirmed they arrived. We came on the Sunday and the staff (who is 3 week new to the job) said they don't have it. Most likely been sold. She called the manager to double check. We waited over 7 weeks and pre-paid, it was disappointing and lucky we didn't need immediately but it was a waste our money for all the phone calls and petrol. A waste of our time going to the store following up for updates and most all the stress as these were for our wedding, now we have to find 4 new pairs of shoes in a short period of time. Word of advise for the store manager: Should this happen again, you should call the customer first, keep them updated and when you have a new staff member delivering bad news, be on the line and assist the staff. They don't deserve the lack of support. The 1 star you receive only because i was able to get a full refund for all four shoes (of course we had to return two pairs we took home)
