I would not recommend MacArthur Platypus shoes to anyone I know, the staff are rude and very disgraceful to customersnnI bought a pair of Windsor’s online to my knowledge were damaged and sent to me soiled from their distributor however I did end up purchasing another pair of Windsor’s online and took the other pair in store to exchange, the chick at the counter refused to acknowledge my rights as a customer and basically yelled across the store she can not take the shoes back in that condition basically blaming me for the damages and refused to exchange or refund or come up with a solution and palmed me off to customer service who then told me it was in my rights I could get a refund or exchange within the 30 day rule and advised she would speak to the area manager and dealt with my query first hand which I’m grateful to customer service.nnPlatypus MacArthur square never have any stock you are after and don’t even assist to contact others stores on your behalf to find a solution for you, their staff and team are repulsive and I would not recommend spending money in a place where customers are belittled and blamed for the errors of platypus.nnWorst experience is that store in particular next would have to be Liverpool

Awesome customer service received by all staff members today. Refurbished shop looks amazing. It is so big & spacious. Even though the store was chockablock busy there is plenty of seating for customers. Huge selection of shoes for all ages.. so the whole family can shop in this store.nnWhat surprised me is the click & collect express counter, after pay facilities & a live show playing my favourite tracks!
Was served by Tori, excellent customer service skills!! Deadset the most loveliest sales assistant I’ve ever met! She knew what I needed before I even stated what I was there for! Knew my size without asking and was just out of this world! Went above and beyond to help me with after care of my Docs and would definitely come back and buy more shoes from her! So thank you so much!
