I'm not sure what Sketchers have done, but they're not as comfortable as they used to be. My old Sketchers have thick / soft inner soles that feel amazing. In fact, they're the most comfortable shoes I've ever had and bought 3 pairs over the years. Now, they're just not the same. The thicker memory foam is found in only a small number of shoes. The one's I've just bought are starting to hurt my feet a little. I hope the Macarthur store reports this back to head office. I'm not sure what is going on, but if they're trying to save, yet sacrifice comfort, they've just lost a customer. Go back to what you were doing before!

My mother visited the MacArthur Square Skechers store to purchase shoes. She had some money on a gift voucher, however the store did not honour it, saying it was out of date. The staff member took the gift voucher and did not return it to my mother. This seems very unusual, and I would welcome communication from the store in regards to this. Not good costumer service.

I was so pleased with the customer service I received on 26/2 by Sarah. Her calm, informative manner helped me make my decision easily. Sarah was so lovely, and it was a pleasure to shop there.
