Staff are so so friendly and relaxed, returned to exchange a pair of shoes that didn't fit and even though they didn't have any in stock they got a new pair delivered to my house directly!! Chantelle was so helpful and lovely, overall the best customer service experience.

They do have good shoes but if you're looking for something latest (like the latest editions of the footwear) then I would recommend official outlets rather than this franchise.
The young man working in store yesterday is a fantastic worker. He was quick to welcome me and had great customer service while he continued to clean the store too. He was helpful even though I was just browsing.
Refused to refund even though i had my receipt and unworn shoes.nnTold that they can be refunded when i bought them.nExtremely disappointed.nnStrongly do not recommend shopping here.
