Recently had some of the worst customer service I had ever experienced, recently purchased some shoes as a gift and realised they had given me two sneakers that were two different sizes in the same box, super embarrassing to give as a gift since I didn't realise. I go back in to fix the issue and store manager which I believe her name is Demi who served me the wrong shoes had little to no apology and said to me she doesn't remember serving me. Terrible! However it was nice that the other gentleman seemed apologetic and willing to rectify the issue for me. Poor service from this store, parramatta and macquarie hype stores have always been amazing
