Really helpful staff .. they know what they do! One of them helped me pick some really comfortable shoes for badminton and she was so right about the improved performance. It's a pretty small store but I appreciated the personal vibe and the assistance I received
I didn’t quite catch the name of the person who served me but she was very helpful and walked me through how to choose an appropriate racket and badminton shoes. I think the customer service here is excellent.
There is no other sports store I’d ever go to!!nI absolutely love this store. The woman (unfortunately I don’t know her name, but when I find out I’ll edit this review) at the store is perhaps the nicest salesperson I’ve ever come across. Always gives great advice, never forces you to buy something outside your budget, also gives great discounts. She’s simply brilliant !nnThe staff here are just too kind!!! They even let me take my doggie into the store.nnNeed some tennis/ badminton gear? This is The Store.
These guys know their stuff. There is a lot of staff so even during rush hours, you can get taken care of. Specially good if you're looking for badminton or table tennis stuff. Got my badminton racket made and the experience was quite good.
I have been there twice and have always got good suggestions to choose the right racket/shuttle. The staff has very good knowledge and also is very helpful.
