Fantastic shop with great selection! I was there Saturday to find 2 suits, the super helpful and charming staff made it so easy for me. Returned Sunday to collect my suits after being altered, and left a very happy customer.

I have been working in the Retail Sales Industry for over 20 years and understand how important good customer service is. As a consumer I rarely visit stores due to being very time poor. I am not a very patient shopper and would rather spend my free time doing anything else. Tarocash Castle Hill has been around for many years and every time I visit its a wonderful experience. Today I browsed several stores looking for work shoes and not one sales assistance even bother to approach me. I even checked Kmart and Target, but obviously their range was less than desirable. Finally, I remembered this great little store called Tarocash. The moment I strolled in, I was greeted by a pretty and well presented young lady, who patiently allowed me to try on several different shoe types and sizes that were all on Sale. When I finally, made up my mind on the pair of shoes, I was even more impressed, when she told me they were even cheaper than the sales ticket.nI would recommend this store to anyone looking for decent work/leisure attire. The staff are always helpful and the prices are fair to match.

5 stars for Gemma from Tarocash Castle Hill, who recommended me a couple of combos that really suited me and that I liked. Her suggestions and advice were fantastic. She had a lot of patience while I was trying on different outfits. She listended to me to understand my preferences and moticves behind my purchases, and tried to match them accordingly. 5 stars to the store and to Gemma.
