The service here was great.nThe gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly.nnAt fitting, I noted the suit had some creases and asked if that would be pressed out prior to pick up and was assured this would be done.nnI was meant to receive a call to let me know once the suit was ready. I did not hear back and so I took a chance and went in the next day. Disappointing but at least the suit was ready.nnI asked if it was pressed and the salesmen opened the suit. In the bag all I could see is the front, which appeared fine.nnHowever, once I took it out I found that it was badly creased. Only the front had been pressed. The sides and back are a mess, same story with the pants.nnThere were loose fibres all over the suit where it had been tailored that had not been removed.nnFor a new suit out the bag its unacceptable.nnI've always bought my suits for work at yd, but this branch does not seem to hold itself to the same standards as others.

To be honest, I really didn't want to go shopping for a wedding suit with my husband, but Branden at yd. Castle Hill was our saviour. Not only did he style the right outfit for him, but he also spent time with us and offered suggestions and alternatives to the normal wedding outfit, and we ended with the perfect look which is also versatile! Thank you so much Branden - we will be back!
