Baby Locker

I decided to support a local business only to be disappointed. Narelle (owner) shows no interest in putting customers first. I had items ordered for over 17 weeks and every time I called I was either told I would get a call back which never happened or I would get the whole " it will be here in 10-14 days". I grew tired of the lies I was constantly told and the petty excuses. Narelle does not update her customers on any changes that may happen. I highly, HIGHLY recommend choosing somewhere else to shop. I can not express how frustrated and disappointed I am with this local shop.

The staff are lovely and helpful, but unfortunately they sell products that have been proven to be unsafe/deadly for babies. Things like baby nests and cot bumpers.

Rang ahead to check and see if they had a item in stock as we live an hour away and by the time we got there they sold the only two they had to someone else knowing we were on our way, absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional would not recommend this store at all. Didn’t even get a sorry for making us drive an hour with a newborn and toddler

Wanting to shop local I ordered my nursery furniture from here well before my due date and each time I called to check the progress of my order I was told it would be there within the week. When i mentioned that i had already been waiting 6 weeks I was told "Thats nothing, we have another customer that has been waiting 8 weeks". Finally this week we were told that it was on the courier and would be there Friday to collect. Drove to Rocky to collect and was told it hadn't arrived as the courier wouldnt send anything till they paid the bill. More than 6 weeks after ordering I have had to cancel the order and do a mad rush around kmart and big w but couldn't find anything suitable. Just days out from my due date I still don't have anything in the baby's room. Not once during the entire time I had the furniture on order did they call me to provide an update or suggest an alternative. When I demanded a refund they said they would give me a special deal on a more expensive set. They offered me $50 off (or just over 5%) but said I would have to take the floor stock. I have also been told by several other mums that ordered from here that they also waited 8-20 weeks for stock to arrive. Do not purchase from this store unless they have it in stock already.

Small shop but a really massive variety. I got all my baby stuff here. Staff are so great.
