Customer service is very hit or miss.
While sadly I didn't end up buying shoes from them today I must say the service was absolutely amazing! I came in asking about air force 1 high tops which they sadly didn't stock but were happy to assist me in trying on the mids and very knowledgeable about the differences between the two shoes. Utlimately I would gladly go back to them first when they have another style I want because their customer service is stunning.
Everytime i go into the Hornsby store the customer service is so poor and they dont greet they just stand around. Very unfriendly they wait for you to approach them and ask for help. That's why now i go to Platapus better service and much more helpful and friendly. Will be telling friends and family not to shop at this store.nnI think the workers need further training on customer service.
This is such great shop. Everything is laid out nicely, and the staff are really professional. I went here a few days ago to but a pair of Adidas superstars, the man serving me was very helpful with sizing, style, and bring tips of the shoes. 10/10 would shop again.
The staff are friendly, polite and professional, the shoes are laid nicely and there are a selection of many goods.
