I have been struggling for many, many years to find a shoe from a retailer, that I was able to buy off the shelf and be completely confident and comfortable walking in. Following breaking my back, it has been a constant search for that shoe. Until one week ago, I thought that this would continue forever. I was then told of this store and that I would more than likely be able to find 'That illusive shoe'. I not only found one pair of shoes, but two pairs that I was completely happy to purchase, as they were shoes like I had never tried previously. Ebony and Eden (I sure hope I spelt the ladies names correctly) were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding their craft of assessing and selecting the correct shoe for purpose. The shoe products are sensationally made and the team are wonderful and helpful in finding the perfect shoe, irrespective of ability or quite extreme disability, like mine. Thank you.

Advertises OFF-STREET parking - there's none! Was assured on phone disabled access and parking off-street was available -nDisabled access - tiniest doorway ever, gradient on ramp so steep the chair tips back, so NO ACCESS into shop, they wanted to hold the consultation ON THE FOOTPATH, I was MISINFORMED ON MANY THINGS, don't go there unless you are an able-bodied person as you cannot get a park where a wheelchair can be safely unloadednSHOP NOT SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIR BOUND CUSTOMERS

I LOVE, ABSOLUTELY LOVE this shoe!nAttractive wide shoes are hard to find, especially in a style that is ideal for every day use.I required something attractive, yet easy to put on, looks ok with socks and can be worn to work and to dressier events. While I hated to spend this kind of money on a shoe, I thought this one could be great. We ordered it in the jazzy pewter colour. If you require a very sturdy well made shoe that are super comfortable, then this is the shoe for you!

I purchased a Rose double wide fitting and it's the only place in Newcastle you can find stylish wide shoes.nMy feet swell every day and staff asked were so helpful and let me try a number of shoes that best suit my feet problem. I have suggested them to all my friends now.nAfter a week on the shoes they are so easy be on all day I walk easy an hour a day and they work well.nRhonda
