Had the most amazing experience this morning at Shoes and Sox Kotara. Rachel helped fit my daughter’s first ever pair of school shoes and sport shoes. She was knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything she was doing. Super quick process and we were in and out quickly. Bonus points for the booking system! Rachel is a huge asset to your business.

We had a great experience at Kotara Shoes & Sox today. Mo was extremely patient with my two children, and did not let us leave until he was 100% happy with the fit of their shoes - even if it meant trying different styles/sizes or trying different inner soles to make sure they fit was comfortable, safe and would last. I'm glad I returned to Shoes & Sox, despite our previous visit not being as successful as today - I once again have confidence in the training and support of your fitting staff. Thank you!

The young man that fitted my son was super patient and friendly - he worked kindly with my son to get a beautiful fit for his first pair of school shoes. It was insanely busy with many many people waiting to get in, and the staff there juggled the system perfectly. I would like further emails to make people aware of the check in and wait system - where you have to wait to be fitted outside the store - this irritated me when I first went in as I had to wait about 40mins with 3 kids and with times parking at the centre I felt that if I’d booked before I went, that would’ve been better - but, when in the store, it’s nice not having so many people around you, staff weren’t rushing people in and out which was also really nice!

Tom assisted my daughter in getting the perfect fit for her school shoes and sports shoes. He’s professional and helpful. The store has a wide range of shoes and prices are reasonable as well.

Had a couple of unsolicited emails already from shoes and sox I haven't signed up for marketing so I'm highly disappointed that they have used my email address without my permission. They better not use my phone number or there will be trouble, I was forced to give them details in order to reserve a fitting time. Wait times for shoe fitting are around half an hour or more, and then the fitting area is poorly managed and social distancing is definitely not adhered to, despite numerous signs and tape on the steps to separate children.nnThe staff fitting shoes showed little knowledge of their products and didn't make a single suggestion on which shoes they think would fit my sons foot shape best.
