Husband ordered a pair of shoes to be delivered to our home. Told the staff member the receipt had the wrong colour. She was adamant it was correct. Wrong colour delivered. Then it became a mess trying to track the shoe. Majority of staff are clueless. Won't be going there again.

06/02/2021 around 2.30pm:nSo today my aunty was wanting help and because she didn't look like she was made of money (she's actually a big spender) the man working ignored her. My aunty walked out upset. Please teach your staff to treat every customer equally ad money is money no matter where it comes from.

Terrible customer service. me and my wife walked in to Westfield kotara shop on Wednesday 11/11 and the girl there looked at us directly and just completely ignored us and kept talking to the other staff member. I even smiled to her but I got absolutely nothing from her side. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. Seriously sketchers in Newcastle you won’t survive without customer service. I was there to spend so much money, but no way I will with that level of service... I prefer taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible customer service today. Female and male CSO were too worried about looking at the computer or putting socks on the shelves. Finally brings a pair of shoes to try and then disappeared again!! Pick up your game guys. My Husband was interested in a shoe and so was my son = 3 sales but we left with NOTHING. Never going there again.

Staff very attentive, stock range is great however limited when it comes to popular shoe sizes.nOnly complaint, the volume of the store music is off putting. sure the staff enjoy it however it was a big negative for me
