I was served by a horrible old women at Westfield Kotara Mathers, the attitude on her was horrendous. She kept sighing like serving us was an inconvenience when we were simple trying to fix our purchase. She attacked both my daughters and told me I should buy new socks. If you are going to roll your eyes, make sure I can’t see you. She was yelling at her coworker Alicia and was very abrupt to my 14 year old daughter. Even my husband the behavior was unacceptable, snapping at him. She clearly can’t grasp the idea of diverse families and I can’t even complain about her customer service skills as she has none! Will never go back again in that store. Dorothy you just lost a customer.
