Very helpful staff. They didn't have the boots I wanted in stock but they ordered them in and they arrived the next day.
Excellent customer service, very friendly and patient. The young lady (Ashley I think) in store was particularly helpful, sought a pair of boots from another store in Sydney and they arrived the next day.
I have always had a positive experience dealing with the staff in this shop. My most recent experience exceeded my expectations, and I thank the staff once again for their quality customer service.
My boyfriend arranged for me to pop down to the Kotara store in my lunch break to try a pair of boots on(not knowing he was planning that ,I was wearing sandles )nI asked if their was a trial sock due to my sandles,was very rudely told no,as I left she shouted”who comes to try on boots with no socks on”!nShe’s old and has short blonde hair and can be identified as a massive Karen. Don’t even bother shopping there,very poor customer service
