Couldn't be happier. Needed new walking shoes. Sales assistant knew exactly what I wanted and fitted me efficiently and promptly. Love the shoes and the service.

Awesome shoes but your staff at Charlestown I found less than helpful. Rude and uninterested in assisting me to find shoes for my son. Went to your Greenhills store following day and received great customer service from the friendly staff. I hope this feedback reaches who it needs to sort Charlestown store out as it's our local store and very disappointing
