We were served by Kirsten at the Charlestown store. She was amazing! We went in to buy 1 pair of school shoes for each of our children. We ended up purchasing 3 pairs of shoes due to the specials available in store and also simply because of the great service we received. Kirsten was very knowledgeable of all the footwear and recommended the best shoes for our children's feet. And she chatted with our children to make them feel comfortable during the process. Cannot recommend Mathers Shoes at Charlestown more. Fantastic! Thank-you for making our experience a wonderful one! Our children are so excited to start school this year!

Good range of footwear and some great end of season specials. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was even able to get some shoes and boots sent to me from their warehouse with free shipping.

Mathers is an great shoes place, I can't say ANYTHING bad about Mathers the shoe shop, it has beautiful shoes which are all different styles and colours, we have gone here for years to get our black school shoes each year. My family also comes here to get work shoes. I know that older people also come here to get just some comfy shoes that are easy to put on with not too much help or even with no help.nBut not just the shoes are great, the staff are also absolute amazing!! They measure your feet then they recommend what they think would be best and what would be most comfortable. I know all shoe shops measure your feet and stuff, but Mathers are just great! Mathers also give out fun toys, and they aren't plastic pieces of rubbish. The toys are also for boys and girls, they also give out cool little monster name tags that come in, orange, blue, green and pinkud83dude42 I really hope this review has helped you decide were you can get good shoes that last a long time, I highly recommend Mathers the shoe shop!

Great service, always with a smile and extremely helpful. Ill come here from now on because the Kotara store sales assistants are very rude and abrubt. Dont feel comfortable there, very intimidating. If you buy something they worship you, if you dont, well thats a different story. Thanks Charlestown girls, you rock
