Fantastic shopping experience. They have a great range of real running shoes in a wide range of sizes and fittings. Excellent service from sales staff with high competence. Highly recommended.

Always had excellent service BUT my latest experience was disappointing. 3 staff all busy rearranging the shop but paid absolutely no attention to the customers, and the young man had no interest in serving me and dismissed me and was bored and unpleasant. Come on guys, where is the customer service gone?

I went to the Charlestown store today to buy $260 kayano joggers. I walked in and I was not even greeted by the two men working there. I picked up a couple of shoes and looked while i waited to be served but no one helped out. One of them was serving one lady but did not acknowledge me at all and the other stood there and only came to help when another lady walked in 5 minutes after me.I wasn’t even acknowledged the whole 15 mins I was there and I was going to spend $260 at your store?!?!? In the end I had to walk out because of my frustration, disappointed and with no shoes.
