Ordered new chairs and side unit and received within 2 weeks! Staff were great and I'm really happy with the quality and service, thank you.

Lucky to get one star! Dining table we purchased was delivered damaged - they tried to argue that we knew it had scratches. Then they made us pay for delivery of replacement table. They were arrogant and rude - made us out to be liars. The owner was so rude and argumentative that we ended up handing over payment (begrudgingly) to have replacement table delivered. Will never shop there again and warn others not to as well.

Just awful customer service. The owner does not go out way to help. Very rude. Bought 2 lounges for bnb 2 x 2 seater. I asked if I could change order for 2 x 3 seatee the same day and it was to much effort. I asked for deposit back for in-store credit..very reasonable I thought..NOPE only if I bought to equal value of 2200..REALLY!! Is this even legal? Cooling-off period? I was notified 5 to 6 weeks delivery when purchased..and as had bnb I accepted as I needed time to understandbly book day off to do change over. Nope week after purchase TOLD me delivery Tues..3 days notice and have guests in. Told me to do swop of furniture with guests in hmm not how this works. I gave few more dates between guests..no delivery guy could not do hmm now want to charge me storage fees. I have written letter of complaint and intend UNLESS resolved amicably take ombudsman and small claims. Business is not run this way. I'd keep well away and I certainly would never shop there again. I have NEVER given bad review and NEVER experienced this kind of customer service

Be careful shopping here people. My parents recently bought a dinning table first one delivered damaged (accidents happen) replacement arranged and delivered damaged again, after the second failure my parents asked for there money back which the company refused. After several weeks of discussion my parents agreed to receive a third replacement on the understanding that if the third is damaged the company will refund. The franchise owner confirmed he will physically check the table himself and attend on the day of delivery. Delivery day arrives and low and behold the table was damaged, the company agreed to refund the table but will not refund the chairs as these were not damaged even though they was bought as a set. So my parents are stuck with 8 chairs and no table. Shame as they loved the table just not the damage and experience.

Disappointed that store credit instead of cash on returns or cash back on your credit is not available on accessories. I returned a purchase the day after purchase, because the colour didn’t work with my room to be told I could have a store credit only. Competitors Adair’s, Pillow Talk, Myer, Freedom all have a reasonable return for cash back policy to enable the consumer to be sure their purchase will fit, that policy is important to me and always results in a successful purchase for me, the retail outlet leading to customer satisfaction and return business. I will not be returning Oz Designs ... very disappointed. P.S. The accessories by comparison to other competitors ... very expensive.
