Heaps of floor stock which would be great if they had any stock which you could purchase and actually take home, even the smaller cheaper things are not available. Perhaps some signs on products.

Nice funiture but discounting is all but non-existent even if you purchase several high cost items. Wait times are also high/slow and the opening hours are only slightly better than a banks.

We waited three months for a $400 pendant lamp (which we had to pay for upfront) to arrive and it never did! Freedom claims that it was a supplier error and said that if we wanted it we would have to wait a further four months for the next stock to arrive. When I asked for discounts on further shopping as compensation for this frustrating mistake they refused. As a result they will not get our business again, which is a huge loss for them because we have a new home that we are currently furnishing
