Have a sunshade over the pool that the bolt has come loose. Tried contacting you to get some help and after 4 contacts was finally told to disconnect it and bring it in. It should be under warranty or only just out and just needs someone to refit the bolt that knows how it is put together. . It is now unusable and likely to fall to pieces if moved. Shame good old “we will help you” and service are dying out. I now regret the purchase and paying fir installation.

Love my new outdood Rio extension table with combo Bit & Net chairs, the last outdoor setting from here lasted over 20 years and still going.
