The furniture is nice but would strongly recommend against purchasing anything from the store at the moment. They are experiencing upwards of 5 month timeframe for stock to arrive. This is not communicated when you purchase and you need to follow up directly with the store to find out what the next delay will be, each time I have called they have added on another month. Customer service & communication is pretty poor. Not sure when we will get our table.

Yet another phone call today following up on goods ordered over 4 months ago I was informed that it was on the shipping container that arrived on the 27th of November however today's phone call they could not confirm and it could be in by Christmas but more likely the new year. Are you serious how is this ok retail shops are getting deliveries all the time the delay is disgusting we have visitors for Christmas with nowhere to sit. We have spent 1000s of dollars here and this is it from us I have never had such poor service and from a family that works in retail and customer service we are appalled and nothing nor any compassion is shown. NEVER EVER AGAIN .............

Michelle was very professional and extremely helpful in resolving a longstanding warranty issue I've had with Eureka. She is an absolute delight to deal with, I strongly recommend you ask for her when purchasing from this store as she goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Queen bed purchased was too small for my queen mattress. They would not honor the warranty policy under craftsmanship. They claimed I was the only person with this issue. They claimed I had 24 hrs after purchase to bring this to their attention, even though the warranty is for 12 months. I had to file a complaint with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission
