Big store in Home Centre. Collected online order. The staff there was quite friendly and efficient. Be aware that pick up/collection is in spacious bay at back (enclosed by tall concrete wall). Signage could be improved on.

Called in yesterday to order replacement cable for recliner. Spoke to Charlene who was extremely helpful and arrange for new cable to be sent out. Cable delivered to home before 8am this morning. (The next day) Great service when we purchased the lounge suite and this time. Highly recommend.

We had a positive experience here. We came prepared, knowing exactly what we wanted, the staff respected that and answered questions we had regarding the item (a buffet table). Item was already assembled (No flat pack), which made it more tricky to take home in the car, however, installation was a breeze.

Nice store to walk around comfortably,found the bedroom suite we were looking for and it was on sale,saved about $700,Staff mum was are always very helpful and friendly which makes a big difference.I always buy from Smart.👍

I myself wasn't a customer, however a close friend to the shoppers that most recently visited the Amart Store in Maroochydore which I accompanied as a friendly gesture and to somewhat provide an unbiased opinion. I appreciate that we visited the store late afternoon around 4:30pm, however instantly felt that we had intruded and weren't particularly welcomed. To summarise... the sales person lied about the returns policy and the process was uncomfortably rushed and we were pretty much ushered out of store and told to come back tomorrow. Given the fact that my friends would most likely have spent upwards of $4/5k should you not take customers a bit more seriously even if close to closing hours, if not whats the point of being open? Poor performance, would normally not say anything but as an observer I felt embarrassed for your business. Would recommend some training or incentives around new sales.
