Best couch awesome staff. Love this place.
Purchased a new lounge which was to replace my old nick scali lounge which was fantastic, it all went down hill from there I received my new lounge looks great but it had a problem was not assembled properly after numerous calls finally it was fixed but not without concerns. If you buy a new lounge and find problems be prepared to keep on to them as they have no Customer Service.

Will be the last time i will ever buy anything from this company. You pay good money for overseas couches that end up needing repairs that takes months because you have to what for the parts to come from overseas very disappointing .4 weeks to get it looked at. 2 weeks to make a decision and now waiting another 6 weeks for the foam to come from overseas. Ridiculous
John was excellent to deal with. Wasn't intense and just kind of floated in and picked up the gist of what we needed and offered nothing but genuine and helpful advice! Love his work and the rest of the team there. Looking forward to our lounge and dining table to arrive now.
