It is late due to moving internationally however I had such a positive experience with ARA I couldn’t not leave a review. Being able to accommodate my needs last minute for a booking, followed by an outstanding service experience with Karlee for both the collection and return, left a lasting impression. It was an amazing experience to still get smiles from the person who has been drenched getting your truck ready in the rain. Clear, simple, straightforward and friendly, I would highly recommend the team at ARA and will definitely return.

ARA Car Rental were able to provide us with a car at very short notice. We were provided with a 2020 Camry Hybrid, in excellent condition, with only 20000kms on the odometer, and for a very reasonable price. The service was excellent on receipt and return of the car. We highly recommend ARA Car Rental. They saved our holiday to Coffs Harbour!

Fantastic service. I had to extend my rental twice and not an issue. Car was a dream, never driven a hybrid before and am now a fan. Highly recommended ARA, especially as they are a local company.

Called them last minute on a Sunday to hire a ute and they were able to hire me one within 30 mins of calling. It had just been dropped back by someone else, but by the time I got there it was washed and cleaned. The service at the counter was fast, polite and warm. The whole process was painless and one of best hire experiences I've had. Highly recommend them.
