Just had a very lovely shopping experience at the Adair’s Sunshine store. Michelle and other ladies were so helpful and friendly so nice to have such an enjoyable shopping experience.
I love shopping at Adairs, I'm even a LL member but the customer service in this store is appalling. I stood waiting to be served for over 20 minutes only to be ignored by all staff members, who failed to even acknowledge I was there. I then went to the counter and waited, just to be ignored by two other staff members who chose to both serve just one customer. The store was not at all busy and the staff members were just plain rude. Saved well over $600 when I decided to just walk out. Very disappointed, but unfortunately not the first time I and others I know have been treated this way at this store.
Visited Adairs Sunshine Homemaker today and I was served by Tammy. She was such great help in helping me locate the Windsor White Plant Stand. The whole team are very helpful and friendly. Thanks for your assistance guys. And bonus with an Adairs Linen Lovers card it’s even cheaper. Yay!
