I purchased Tonya shoes last year from Robina, they are my favourite shoes and I had worn my 2 pairs to death. When Dominique from Robina store didn’t have any she arranged for me to call Lismore store where they had both pairs in stock. Lismore store processed my order so effectively even taking the time to bring up my fusion account to see if I had reward dollars. I received notification that my order was posted within an hour. The staff at both Lismore and Robina provide exceptional customer service, comfort advice and knowledge on shoe care is next level. From school shoes for my boys to my shoes for every occasion, they have me covered. I remember being a little girl getting fitted for school shoes and the old fashion service is still upheld to this day.

Know the staff! Love their knowledge of the products sold and love that they know me by name. Why would you buy shoes, which must be comfortable anywhere else but locally.
