Love the service at this foot locker but it's down fall is they only get certain shoes in when the big city stores get all the good shoes and styles. Would be 5 star's if they got more variety in.

Went in for 4 pairs of school Shoes, one other customer in store , they had 2 employees serving who were standing behind the counter and they definitely did not want to be there, my daughter grabbed a shoe and took it to the lady who told her they didn’t have her size Then stayed behind the counter ignored us whilst we looked for others, so we left went to platypus who were very helpful and ended up selling us 4 pairs of school shoes ($800).nnI would sack them and employ new staff with decent customer service focus.

Went into foot Locker at greenhills this morning,how very disappointing.The girl that served me obviously did not want to be there and was not at all interested in looking to advise if she thought the shoes were the correct fit for my feet.All she said was its entirely up to you,while looking past me out the door.No advice,nothing.nShe also advised that I use a sock to try the shoes on,yuck, the sock was filthy,surely if they are going to insist you use a sock have disposable or at least get someone to wash them.I didnt buy a pair of shoes from there but went further on and got a pair from a different store.nAt least get someone serving that can show some interest and be a little helpful
