I had to change a pair of shoes that were the wrong size. The assistant was wonderful. Very helpful and quickly dealt with my problem. We went on to buy another pair of shoes also and she was patient, efficient and gave us lots of information on care of the shoes. Well done.

I bought Relaxed FIT for work 6 months ago, the side of the shoe spit opened, brought it to the Green Hill store they said nothing they can do about it. So everyone Skechers is not a good to go for shoe especially when it cost $150.

I was in the store this afternoon, there were two customers, one was me.nnThe customer was being already looked after so I just looked around whilst I waited.nThat customer left and I had picked up shoes and was just about to ask could I try them on.nnIn that moment another customer walked in and the assistant was straight to this lady saying... you look like you’re on a mission.nnI know I’m not young or probably your typical market however I was taken aback by the obvious ignorance of my presence. I was so offended (and I’m pretty thick skinned) I walked out.nnYou lost a good sale due to your rudeness!nnI think your staff should look into treating everyone with the same respect.

If you have to have a pair of Skechers then yeah, this is the place. But the service i got was terrible. Saturday morning, 3 people buying, 2 staff, its not that hard. Not counting specials, prices are a little better than getting Skechers elsewhere I guess. Not impressed.
