I visited the store today with a specific shoe in mind. I got fitted and was recommended a shoe that was specific for me. The shoe that was recommended fits me like a glove. I am so glad I went in the store as I would have purchased the wrong/more expensive shoe. I was served by Alison who provided excellent customer service.

Dropped in first thing in the morning to get a new pair of shoes, the girl that was working there took a look at my shoes then was able to get a pair for me first go that fit me extremely well - but outside my budget range. Not a problem with her, she advised me she'd order them in, that they should be in by Thursday ... absolutely amazing service.
