What a Joke! Get with the times. Arrived to pick up a car I had booked only to find out that unless I pretty much had the cash in my hand throwing it at the counter they wouldn’t take my money? Won’t take credit card, direct bank transfer or Apple Pay. Now left to try find a way home because they are outdated with pay methods. Not to mention sad sack behind the counter.nGets with the times!
Dropped in last minute for a hire car over the weekend and they were happy to oblige. Easy going and had no issues.
A one week, one way hire has gone from $700 to $1,060 being taken out of my account. I was told there was an additional 10% added for taxes and then an another 3.5% Admin fee added as per the size four font of the contract. Be weary dealing with this corporate greed and incorrect contracting. They will be receiving a letter from my lawyers to further discuss.
