Always take my good shoes here for topy rubber sole for good grip and protection. Took in some old worn mens shoes last week and they come back like new. I can't believe they restore them so well and great price. Excellent craftsmanship. Very happy customer. Thankyou.

Gave them my black winter boots, charged $60 for a complete resole and fixing the heel on both shoes. Didn’t realise how dirty and caked with mud they were when I dropped them in, and i became very embarrassed. Took around 3 days, and they came back absolutely beautiful, polished and better than I expected!

Have taken things in the past to get fixed without an issue. Came in to enquire about getting shoes fixed and when I was surprised by the amount she wanted to charge me she just turned away and went back to what she was doing. Incredibly rude, with no customer service and a blatant disregard for communication.
