Great shop and great variety of footwear at an amazing price. Very friendly and courteous staff offering great service. Keep looking for sales and you are likely to get a good deal.nLocated within Plumpton Marketplace which is a medium size shopping centre and serves the surrounding areas really well.nBig parking available, disabled parking and wheelchair access to the centre and shops.nPublic toilets available within the centre.

They don't make shoes in sizes fornnFRACTIONAL fittings. Shoes arenneither too small or too big. Therennis nothing in between.

In the middle of March (2018) my wife had bought two pairs of shoes from this place for my birthday and within about 3 weeks there was a massive crack along both the soles of one of the pairs of shoes so on Anzac Day I got them swapped for another pair that was $10 more than the ones I traded in and was meant to be a better quality and the next day when I went to put the new shoes on, the bit that held the lace onto the shoe broke off and this was the first time putting these new shoes on so I took the new shoes back in and got a refund. Now I’ve been useing the second pair of shoes that my wife got for me for my birthday and they are now forming a crack along the bottom of both the soles of each shoe (just like what happened with the first pair) and on the inside of the shoes where my heels sit, the support cushion has seemed to have collapsed so now it looks like it’s just the rubber sole between my heel and the ground. I suggest this place should find a better shoe distributor than the company “Olympus” because all three of the shoes that I got from this store from the middle of March are from this shoe distributor.

I am disgusted with I the service i received from this store. I went in today around 11am to get some shoes for my mother. The whole line of shoes my mother wanted had a green special tag price $29.99 when I took it to the front to pay, the lady advised me it was $39.99. I told her it has a green tag on it, she looked at me and said her head office have changed it and it's gone back to $39.99. I was shocked at her attitude and told her this is false advertising and she needs to honour it. We both walked over to the shelf where I got the shoes and she started ripping off the greengtags. The whole shoes line had the green special, I told her its not the customers fault, that's your job? she can't do that and it's not fair, she was very rude, I don't know how your company could hire someone like that!!!! She called the security on me because I was trying to prove my point totally would not recommend this store!!!! The people don't care about there customers.
