Today I visited this store with my partner. Initially we were just browsing before I took a Macpac jacket to my hand to try on. Whilst carrying the jacket in my hand I walked towards my partner who was in a different section in the store. I tried on the jacket and was discussing if it fit properly with him. At this point, I noticed one of the staff members monitoring us. After deciding I would buy it, we kept browsing the store. I then further noticed the same staff member unsubtly following us around the store. At no point did he ask us if we needed any assistance.nI then noticed there were a number of other customers across the store but he didn’t seem to be following them, nor any other staff member doing the same. I soon realised he was monitoring me; the only customer of colour. We were in that store for about 30-40 mins and only until I was at the register paying for my items did he return to the front of the store himself. Whilst I understand staff need to make sure that customers aren’t shoplifting; it is disgusting to be racially profiled and assumed I’m up to no good by a white man. I don’t normally complain about these types of things but this staff member made no secret of what he was doing. Do better in employing people who are accepting of others.

Easy access to store vs the Westfield rebel. Would be 5 star if it had the same full range as the nearby Westfield store.

Had a young lady offer to help. She was really enthusiastic and helped my kids select a netball and 3 basketballs. Didn't rush us. Ended up buying a basket ball ring. She then pumped all the balls up and was very kind to all of my daughters.

The reason people go to these stores is for quick and easy convenience, if we wanted to buy online, we'd go through the supplier. I went in looking for 2 specific things, walked out with nothing. Stock????
