Friendly staff and neat layout especially being a pop up outside store as this was easier with pram (I have 3 kids and this can be tricky) measured well and efficient

Very poor service, she measured children’s foot size brought out shoes and that was the last we saw of her, apparently meant to be the fitting experts. Walked out to Shoes and Sox, slightly more expensive but hands down better service and actually care that the shoes are correctly fitted.

Staff uninterested...nTold of specific requirements and brought out totally opposite...nStaff gave no customer service... didn't know her trade... everything seemed too much trouble for her

Poor staff were run off their feet. A busy sale time and no tv enough staff. The staff on were friendly and helpful and happy with my shoes.

Great customer service from Victoria. My daughter grew over summer and move 2 shoes sizes, the staff went above and beyond to exchange the item.
