No customer service, staff more interested in what is behind their desk than helping customers.nI have been in there twice and found it to be the same both time with different staff. The last time was yesterday and the only customer in the shop, after about 5 min the Girl working there left the desk to came and ask if I needed anything, I gave her a shoe and asked for my size. while she was gone looking, 2 other customers walked in. When she came back she said that they didn't have my size, gave me the display shoe back and then walked off back to the desk. I waited a min and then left, She still hadn't even acknowledged the other customers.

I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this store.nMy wife was after a particular style & Penrith was the only shop with her size in stock so I rang the store to confirm that they had the shoes & asked for them to be put aside for me. On the phone the staff were friendly & helpful, even asking me for a name & contact number which I gladly gave.nWe then took the hour long drive to Penrith & before anyone even asked our names we were told our shoes weren’t available & that apparently the wrong shoes were in the wrong box. I understand that these things can happen but why bother taking our number if you won’t call to say there’s a problem & save us a trip?nAll we were told when we got there was that the shoes weren’t there but they could order them on line for us. The whole point of the trip was to try them on!nThere was no apology & quite frankly the attitude of the woman who spoke to us left a lot to be desired.nI’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero.nNever again!

Great footwear store, huge range, friendly staff and great service.nLocated within Penrith Westfield shopping centre which is one of the biggest Westfield in western Sydney.snd home to many big brands under one roof.nPlenty of parking available including disabled parking and wheelchairs access to the centre and shops.

The customer service at Sketchers Penrith store and Customer Support hotline are FANTABOULOUS!!! I want to give Emily and Edmund 10 star rating for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They tried their very best to assist me with my old purchase. The hotline customer support service is also fantastic, a big thank to Mikeala and Isabella for their wonderful assistance as well. Sketchers, my family and I have always loved you, and thanks to these amazing staff of yours, you have earned a lifetime customer!
