Hood range of sports and casual footwear.nLocated within Penrith Westfield shopping centre which is one of the biggest Westfield in western Sydney and home to many big brands under one roof.
Staff tell you they don’t sell a certain product only for it to be posted all over their social media and website. Staff even said they won’t ever carry it. Hire some helpful and knowledgeable store people. You’re going to lose a lot of money with this attitude. Luckily foot locker was very helpful with the purchase x
Tried to return a faulty pair of shoes and was willing to accept the replacement of just the one shoe in question. No go! But, was told that Hype could instruct me on how to “on-sell” the shoes to someone else. The company policy must be taken straight out of a 1970s used car salesman’s play book. Classic.
People there were nice just picked up a pair of air max 97s for my 5 year old niece
