I love this place. Great staff and always get good advice. My feet thank me. I'm always made to feel welcome when I come back to have my biks readjusted for a perfect fit. Highly recommend!

Great place for Birkenstock lovers (as the name says - haha) but not many sizes, colours and it’s quite pricey too. Their price tags look like the shoes are discounted but they’re all full price really.

It truly amazes me how in this day and age of online shopping how retail shops can still offer such poor customer service. I understand they may have been busy but I stood there for ages and no one acknowledged me. And when I approached the owner and tried to make a friendly comment to acknowledge I saw they were busy he was fine but completely disinterested. He gave me what I needed in a perfunctory way but honestly it felt like he was doing me a favour. I refuse to give money to businesses who don't understand customer service and in providing the same level of service to ALL customers.

I went there last week and the experience was just great!nThe staff was very friendly, helped us to clarify what was our size, and give us advice about how to use Birkenstock and take care of the shoes.nIf you are like me that I always buy the wrong shoes online, go to this store.
