Ruined a perfectly good pair of newly made to measure RM Williams Boots. Used a full 1/4 inch more build up than was instructed and noted on my file. Upon pointing out these issues he got in a huff and says I should go somewhere else. No acceptance of the issues, I will never return. Rude and arrogant. I don’t need people like Paul in my life.
