Beautiful store, beautiful staff. The staff are very knowledgeable about the brand and serve you in a way that makes you feel very comfortable. Elizabeth is one of the loveliest people I ever met in a luxury store like Ferragamo. If you are interested in this brand, I recommend going to this store for the full Salvatore Ferragamo experience.

Bag chain broken down within one year, send it to repair last November, been told may take up to 3 months. Now 3 months later, heard nothing from them, I went back in there and been told, can you please wait a bit longer, maybe how long, about 3 to 6 months. Seriously???
