Appalling service. Avoid going there. 4 sales people standing around an empty shop chatting and they could barely make an effort to find me a size which they brought up to the counter only so I took the box and all my packages away to a corner to try it on. Shoe didn’t fit so I brought it back to the counter where, between the blaring music and the conversation he was having, the sales guy didn’t even hear me say I did not want the shoes and started ringing them up. Seriously! Worth wasting my time writing this bad review so others don’t waste their time going there!

Customer service at hype stores is pretty much always dismal but I gave them a go again today. However, received the same terrible half-arsed service. They really need to get their act together and better train their staff.
Went there earlier afternoon(before Good Friday) as we saw the sales signs on the windows. The lady staff was really friendly, super helpful, fast and efficient, great prices too when items are on sale. Made couple of purchases and overall great customer service and experience. Recommended.
