Normally find their customer service good, but went into the store yesterday enquiring about ordering Bushman Boots (published on website). Sales rep was not very helpful. Advising they couldn't be ordered in and firected me to the Western suburbs DFO - no thanks. Sales rep checked other stores for my size but said all out in alternate styles in my size. Asked if I could order a custom boot and was given very little information + sour attitude. Sales rep indicated that I'll be paying any where from $650 to $4k but wasn't very helpful in asking what I wanted (I was happy to pay whatever). Built no rapport and wasn't interested in helping my 'not so out of the box' queries.

The worse customer service ever received from the main manager RM Williams at Bondi Junction store today. Shoes have glue coming out from the heel at the back and it looks terrible. Second time issue with those shoes, first they were wrongly sized and hurt to bleeding. The manager instead of helping me was arguing with me and blaming me for wearing shoes wrongly. I could not believe it. Spent $600 for those shoes and very unhappy with them. Definitely not worth the money and the Bondi Junction Store is the worst. Will never be back again.

Ok I work in a industry where this type of shoe is recommended, but the price alone is scary the average pair is $495.00 upwards and even when they claim it to be comfortable, well it is not . A lot of co workers have them and do 12 hour shifts in them and when they take them off their feet are very sore. It doesn’t matter if you spend $150.00 or $600.00 when you work on your feet for 12 hours or more they are going to hurt, but when you state they are the most comfortable is where things get shaky. It makes no difference.

3 stars is probably generous, but the staff handled themselves well. I was told my size 10 boots were available from several other stores and that I could pay the full price to gaurantee availability. Got a call two days later to say that no boots were available and that I needed to go back to the store for a refund (or wait +10 weeks for a special order - doesnt feel that 'special' to me as you'd expect them to stock average sizes). Great store, knowledgeable and helpful staff - poor inventory management.
