Very unhappy with the service I received today,If the shoe I bought was not an urgent need, I will definitely go to another shop. I asked for one particular shoe , she told me they don’t store any sales items and didn’t bother to offer me with another option. Bad service. I work in customer service and the foundation of this role is to have empathy, engaging with customers, help/ solve the issue .
Staffs shift 7th May time 11.30 am were rude and made me feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. If they dont like hospitality just find somewhere else that suit you guys. if it is not urgent need of the shoe I wouldnt have bought.
I asked to try on a pair of shoes in the store and the girls there seemed very annoyed, snapped at me when she informed me that they didn't have my size and walked off. Felt a bit uncomfortable and quickly left. I was the only one in the store and if this is the general attitude, I kind of get why. Very poor customer experience.
Poor service every time I visit this store! Rude and unapproachable staff - make me feel like I’m an inconvenience and not welcome.
