I was at the store 29/10/17.nI was approached by one of the staff members and asked if I needed assistance.nNever have I ever experienced such great customer service. It was a young guy bleached hair (Salvador says on the receipt). I purchased my first pair of Vans.nThe guy was so polite and well mannered. On this experience alone, I would be more than happy to shop there again and also recommend to friends. I hope the people at the top see this and realise that this person is great

I ordered a few pairs of Vans online. Unfortunately the size was wrong. When I called the store at Bondi Junction the sales person said it's ok to bring them in for exchange or refund even when payed with PayPal. When I came he said that he can't do it and need a store manager.nnI CALLED beforehand to ask about it and he said it's fine. Then it was not possible to do.nnReally disappointed.

i love vans.nnbut over time, they have changed their ink specifically the black.nnbought a pair of their most expensive 'durable' era's with duracapsnn2 weeks later they were going brown. without exposing them to the sun.nnawesome job vans. you guys need to reconsider the durability of your ink before an explosive rant of 100,000 people decide to shop elsewhere. unless of course you do not care about your customer base.nni'm sure someone out there has a time lapse of their shoes sitting a house going brown from black without sun. woohoo youtube. jump on the bandwagon and they might actually make us a pair of shoes that don't fade this quick.
