I definitely agree with the reviews in regards to the lazy and indifferent customer service. I experienced it first hand today when my fiance and I were looking for shoes for our wedding. The sales assistants were very unhelpful and hands off. It wasn't even busy when we were there. We were left to our own devices at no point did anyone approach us to offer any assistance. The only reason why we finalised the purchase is because our wedding is in 2 months and we had to make a selection. The sales assistant had to be prompted to give us another pair of shoes which were clearly scuffed. For $113 I would have expected more attention to detail and a higher level of customer service. Extremely dissatisfied, I would never go back there.

Went there lunch time on Saturday. There was a girl by herself who was getting yelled at by a Karen and I felt bad for the poor girl. When old mate left, she helped me and was great. I came back a second time shortly after to try on another pair of shoes where a second girl served me - now I understand the poor reviews. She was quite short, with long dark hair and was super rude, disinterested and lazy. Having worked in retail I don't understand how management does not reassess their staff.

Rude disinterested staff. Service far from great.nAlso is it OK in 2019 to have communal socks to use to try on boots? I am surprised there weren’t disposable stockings on offer as in other shops. Especially in Bondi Junction?

There was a fair amount to choose from but unfortunately they didn't seem to go up to size 11. I was sure I was a 9.5-10 but nothing fit.. but the young lady serving me was patient, helpful, went out of her way to check for stock she didn't think would be there, actually finding something by surprise for me, and was very pleasant to deal with even though at times she had other customers.
