Bought a $200 shirt on Tuesday, come back on Wednesday to exchange because one of the sleeves button coupling is missing. The lady at cashier agree to exchange but she told me that “there is no stock at the moment”.Come back in 2 weeks time or try other store. Send me to another store at Chadwood, the guy at Chadwood made a call to Bondi Junction to confirm and they denied it. Make me look like a big liar. Probably want to delay until I couldn’t exchange the shirt. Poor customer service!
