Very good customer service, the staffs are well trained!
Decided to treat myself to a couple of Hugo Boss shirts en-route from Sydney for a holiday in Fiji. As I walked in a tallish Asian male assistant with glasses looked me up and down in a very arrogant way and said they didn't have my size (I'm a large in t-shirts!) without me saying a word!. I was was dressed in jeans and shirt. I walked out embarrassed and haven't bought anything by Boss since. Good manners cost nothing and this person had none.
