We had no trouble collecting our vehicle except it was a bit big for us, but they changed to a more suitable size (I find Sydney traffic frightening). The car was fine, but the real surprise and pleasure was when we returned it: Javed not only helped us get our luggage out of the car, he gave us directions to a lift that would get us to the departures hall quicker, and then chased us as we had left a pair of sunglasses in the car. A great job, as usual, from Enterprise. Thanks again guys!

This is a fraudulent car rental company that scams its customers.nThey also lie about their costs and double them when you arrive for pick up.nThey charge your card falsely, admit their error and never repay the stolen money.nVehicle-Rent are thieves!nnIf I could put a negative number I would.nI did a mini lease through this company. and they were horrible. they failed to tell us about additional charges. As well as taking money out of my account that they can not tell me where it went.nnWorse car rental company ever!nnIf you want to lose over a grand go to Enterprise Car

Second time renting a car with Enterprise. Perfect & smooth. Service was good. Though busy in the evening before Easter Friday, staff Nicole still patiently explained everything to me before handing over the car. Will come back.

The staff were great. The car was comfortable and clean but had a large dent on the back of the car. It has now been over 10 business days and the security deposit of $500 has not been released which is very poor
